The Customer confirms that, when placing the order, he/she is aware of the terms and conditions of sale set out on the screen (name, price, components, quantity, colour, product specifications, etc.) and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the Customer materialise their full and total acceptance of the terms of sale, applicable exclusively to the order in question.

Les systèmes d'enregistrement automatique de Barboflex sont considérés comme valant preuve de la nature, du contenu et de la date de la commande.

Barboflex confirms acceptance of the order to the Customer by email. The sale will only be finalised once Barboflex has confirmed the order. Barboflex reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, taking into account in particular the supply of products, a problem with the order received (e.g. faults in the data supplied by the Customer), an abnormal order or a foreseeable reason relating to future delivery. Barboflex will notify the Customer by all means at its disposal. Barboflex will only process an order placed by the Customer once payment has been confirmed or in accordance with previously agreed conditions.

The place and date of delivery of the order are chosen by the Customer at the time of placing the order. Barboflex reserves the right to use any carrier of its choice to deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer.

Orders confirmed by 4pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders confirmed after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day. Deliveries are made on the working day following despatch, in the case of mainland Portugal. In the archipelagos, deliveries vary between 8 and 10 working days.

Delivery costs vary depending on the weight, size and delivery address of the Customer. When placing an order, the Customer undertakes to sign the delivery note presented by the carrier, on which they may make any comments they feel are unavoidable. By signing the delivery note, the Customer is confirming that they have received the number of packages indicated. Any occurrences such as force majeure, accidents, strikes, administrative decisions or transport stoppages which may delay, prevent or make the execution of the supply exorbitant, constitute a clause suspending or cancelling the obligations of Barboflex, S.A., without any right to compensation for the Customer.

Deliveries will be made by the courier during normal office hours. Please select the shipping address so that someone can collect the products.

All prices quoted are in Euros. The price invoiced to the Customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Barboflex.

The pictures illustrating the products are merely indicative. The accompanying texts are a reproduction of the information on the packaging or the instructions for use. Differences between the pictures and the products should only be minimal and do not imply any change in the main specifications of the products. The colour of the products displayed in the online shop may differ from the actual colour of the product.
