Return Policy
Barboflex returns policy
- If you have purchased an item from Barboflex you have 8 days to return your order.
- Returns can be made as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by all its accessories.
- You can do this by contacting Barboflex on +351 224 664 690 (national landline) or via barboflex@barboflex.pt.
- We will provide you with all the information you need to make the return. Returns will only be accepted if you contact Barboflex in advance.
The return conditions are:
- Items with no signs of use;
- Return of the complete item, with all its accessories, including original packaging in perfect condition;
- Return deadline up to the 8th consecutive day from the day of delivery.
- Barboflex reserves the right not to accept returns of electronic/electrical equipment, and recommends that the Customer unequivocally confirms the order to which they are proposing to confirm.
